| | With this freeware anybody can convert a local directory to an HTML index file with hyperlinks, it is very useful for building file lists, cataloging contents of CD-ROMS, etc. for later browsing with any browser.
DIR2HTML can index either a single directory or multiple directories at once recursively, so, with this option a separate index file is generated for each subdirectory under your root directory.
This program is very easy to use, do not use a lot of system resources and you dont need to fill any form to download it, no spyware, adware, nags, and no time-expiry.

Is it a really free sofwtare ? Their site says that it's a "freeware", does it mean that the download you install will work during a certain period of time and then will stop working and ask for money ?

Yes, Yordan, it is a really free software, yesterday i install it again -a year ago i lost my hard drive and lost it with it- because i need a tool like this to browse a lot of folders to review it's contents -especifically html files- and i found it at once after google for it. Before my hard disk issue i remember that i use it for about 3 years without any problem and with all its functionallity. Best regards,

Yordan take a look to this topic of Indexmaker 1.01 that i just post, this is another free tool that is almost similar to DIR2HTML but more simple. Best regards

Looking for a good Source Code Editor (7) I got really tired of using notepad to write codes for a drupal theme. It involves both XHTML
and PHP codes. I am looking for a good freeware that will help me with these two languages
combined, and maybe even MySQL in the future. I found both HTML Kit and PHP Designer. I’ve seen
some really good reviews on both of these two products. But I am really unfamiliar with these and
wondered which one would suite me better. HTML has a lot of plug-ins, do I have to download
something to edit XHTML and PHP codes? It seems that PHP Designer requires downloading XAMPP ....

Looking for freeware to convert fonts (0) I am looking for a freeware application to convert fonts between different formats. Mainly I need
one to convert Mac fonts to PC fonts and/or Opentype (new cross-platform format). I do alot of
freelance design work and work between Mac and PC alot, and the font issue is really becomming a
frustrating problem. I was using a trial version of the newest Crossfont and that worked perfectly,
but the trial ended. I suppose when I get some money I can buy Crossfont or Transtype, but for the
time being I really can't afford it. Does anyone know of a freeware application....

.rmvb And .wmv Convertors

.mpg, .mov or .avi files? I have a file in .rmvb format that I can't watch because it's not
supported on my system... Also, does anyone know how to convert .wmv files in the wmv4 codec into
any of the three formats mentioned above? Macs can't play the wmv4 codec, apparently. Thank you
