It was w server problem. The httpd.conf file was corrupted on the Panda server (which hosts all the sites), so that was the issue.
 Glad it is resolved now.

Can\'t Login. Not sure for your problem, but this also happened to me. The problem could be with your firewall setting. If you have firewall protection installed on your computer, make sure you set your setting on medium, and not high, which only allow for session cookies, which may prevent you from logging in, or view certain websites. -reply by Michelle
