You cannot simply create a hosting account for yourself. It has to be approved by us. For that you need to file a Hosting Account Request Application, which involves: 1. Filling up the Astahost Free Web Hosting Request Form and, 2. Making a post in the New Account Requests section using the data generated by the form. After that you've to wait for your application to be reviewed.
