| | Since some days I cannot shout in the Astahost shout box ! what happens ? I see the other people shouting, but when I try to shout too, I receive the message "Error!" replacing everything in the shout box.
This worked some days ago, what happened now ? Is something wrong in my computer ? I can post but I cannot shout, sigh ! |

I think you can delete cookies from this site and then retry. To shout in the shout box, you also need to login first .

I am logged in, I can post (like the present post), I can see people shouting, but when I try I see the whole shout box replaced by a message saying "Error! "

off, open up mysql in the command line, or phpmyadmin, and create a database called shoutbox. Next,

database: CODE create table messages(author varchar(30), message text, time timestamp, mid int
auto_increment, primary key(mid)); This creates the table we need to store the messages, note the
"mid" column, this gives each message a seperate id number, we'll see why ....

With a few execptions..... (24) AstaHost does not allow links to be posted in the shoutbox. This is part of the forum and shoutbox
rules. Staff will delete any shout that they find a link it. So, why is this you ask! If we let

What happens to astahost forum page ? (20) What happens to Astahost forum laoyout ? yesterday everything was as usual. Todoy, I have no
shoutbox even while I am connected. And I can't see the "last posts" at the bottom of the forum
page, I only can see the "similar posts". So, I cannot see the last problems people have, and I
cannot answer ! Is this normal ? Is this the future definitive behaviour ? Or did something strange

Cpanel) on onther webhost. I installed it there because AstaHost has a pretty old version, (ok, the
previous version). No I need help in installing a shoutbox on it, I am really pissed off with those
shoutbox which you will have to manually install. I have been tring nearly 5 different shoutbox for
phpbb and all keep saying some error, I had installed one of the shoutbox completely but in the end,
