Please transfer all my hosting credits to finaldesign and cancel my hosting.

(I don't want to waste my hosting credits. And think finaldesign need them)

go to http://www.astahost.com/process You can transfer them there, we can't do that for you - you need to give your password (last time I checked I had to do that anyways). You can also cancel your hosting there

I knew that. But it's not so simple. I'm still unable to transfer my credits. I've ask in "HOSTED MEMBERS SUPPORT". May I have a admin or mod check my post there?

hi, im starting my site completely from scratch and i was wondering if you could restore it to how
it comes when you first get hosting? i have no idea what to delete and not delete now and it would
be easier for me if i just got it all reset. ive made a full backup just in case i need anything.

Hi Admins, I had requested for a subdomain p2pconnect.astahost.com, it was also approved, but I
still have not got any mails. I have checked Bulk-Mail/ Junk Mail, it is not there. I have waited
for 2 days already, before posting this. Is there anything more that I need to do.. thanks in

the same email address as when I signed up for astahost. I checked my junk/bulk mail folder, but it

Hi, because of all the MySQL problems, that I've been having with my site, which could not be
fixed even though I suspended all MySQL activity, deleted all databases, changed my password, etc. I
would really like to just start over. It's sad, I haven't used my Astahost account half as
much, as I wanted too, and moved my SQL-using pages to a friend's space etc, but I don't
want to bother him that much + it's a cheap ass account and I can't use mod_rewrite and so

Hello all. For some reason my website has been suspended and I have no idea as to why. This actually
happened three days ago and I was hoping that it would come back. My hosting credits are positive,
they haven't been in negative figures yet and my member account still says that I am hosted.
Whith all these reasons I don't see why my website is suspended. I have PM'd some of the
admins but I haven't had any response so please respond to this topic, i really need help.

computer, i have already been granted permission by my isp. can you please remove my hosting

anyway I went on to my FTP account and I saw some directories and files and without knowing what
they did I deleted them and didn't back them up. Well could you please just reset my FTP

is not enought for me - I already moved to pay-hosting and I don't need free host anymore
despite of still having credits for two weeks... Now I have 4gb with huge traffic of 100gb... I

Recently I have had too many problems with my account the following are just but a few of my
problems: + First account (basic) managed to over-run itself with the disk space used for some
strange reason + My computer finds it hard to stay connected with the ftp + The control panel login
appears 5 times out of 10 + Upload and download speeds are decremental I am also finding that due
to my current situation, I have no need for the service, but however I will be signing up on trap17
so that I can test the reliablity and also help me with the learning curve of PHP. Thanks....

ok so i finally got permission to create a hosting account but it seems to not work for me Username
passed validity tests. Connecting to database.. Connected. Verfying member status..Member Validated.
Checking permissions Insufficient Credits! Your post count/amount posted is too less compared to
the package approved to you. Please verify with the administrators. You will need to make additional
posts. The possible reason for this error is that your few posts are too small. Thank You! I
thought i was approved to create one? sorry for the trouble....

Hi! I just got permission to be hosted, so I followed the instructions from my email and the post on
how to activate my account, and I filled up everything on Xisto and I got to the stage where
you're supposed to wait a looong time until everything goes through. So I sit like a good girl
and keep the window open. It's been open for 2 hours now, still no movement whatsoever. O_o. I
think something went wrong... Can I get my hosting token back? I'm really sorry for the

when i upgraded my account to the 150 mb package, i didnt realize my hosting credits would be reset.
i checked back and i had negative credits and it said my account was suspended. i posted more and
now have a positive credit amount, and now the message saying my account is suspended went away.
however, i am still not able to log into my subdomain....
