I've created a couple of email ids in CPanel using the add/remove email accounts option. But when I try to access the emails by logging into ...

...I get a login attempt failed. I'm able to login only using the main account username and password. I've tried this for two email ids but the same story for both. But, I can access the emails by logging into CPanel -> add/remove email accounts -> check webmail account for the email. When i click on it, it prompts me for the password and takes me directly to the inbox of that email id.
Any ideas?

Sorry... my bad
. The login required was the
email address and not just the
user name. Can one of the admins delete this topic?

When I try to loggin to my cPanel...I can't. I have my name spelled right, and am using my
password that I have written down. Nothing works. It keeps saying: QUOTE Login Attempt
Failed! Any help here? I posted this in the other support forum too...I didn't see

I was trying to log into my cpanel from a computer at school and I just can't log in. when i
give my correct username/password it just stays at the login screen. if i deliberatly use the wrong
info, it tells me that the login fails. what's going on?....

Hey all, been trying to connect to Cpanel for a few days now. The site is bookmarked so i cant be
typing it in wrong. I get the IE error "cannot find server" and "page cannot be displayed". During
the same day and within and hr i can login on accaision then whe i go to open file manager or
anything else i get the same error. Later it might work again it might not..... I did spy scans to
be sure im not being redirected or the is a hi-jacker, Dont know what else i can do. Have sent
