im starting to get the idea that you are trying to make a website but dont know what youre doing or how to make one.

you wont find anyone that will custom make one for you for free. theres lots of free templates on the internet though. or you could make your own like me and most other people do.

honestly i always edit the work of other but i don't erase their names in the footer. I just need an inspirational design if I would make a site..

Google CSS sites for inspiration, or get a web magazine like .NET/PWD which has a few pages of amazing sites and loads of tutorials and articles.

Hey kxrain, I'm not sure I understand exactly what you are asking for here.

If you are looking for page templates that you can edit, you can find a lot of good, free designs at Open Source Web Design. Its a good, searchable page with preview images, and you can download sample pages and the CSS files.

A better idea would be to use Wordpress. The official webpage has a huge database of themes that you can easily set-up and use with your site. This page has a lot of good themes too.

There are some really cool ones at freewebtemplates.com
you can edit them basically by changing the image colours some of them are really cool with flash & so on! so try that i hope it helps ~

what i do is look at sites and find one i like in just plain HTML, go to "View" source, study the code.....copy the code, upload the code in my CONTROL PANEL through my web host.....then tweek it to my liking, ad my artwork, from Photoshop. I hope you know photoshop......photoediting is a must. this is the guerrilla way of web design.....but you learn a bit as you go....and if you get stuck just do a google search for what your tring to do, there is a lot of tutorals out there. good luck.........or just go get a free template...........
