Well, about a year ago I did apply for the 30 credits hosting account, here in AstaHost. I kept my
site up for some months, but after some time the site idea kind of died, I wasn't able to post
regurlarly enough to keep ti up and running. Now, I gathered up with a friend to start a new and
promising project, that's actually up and running here www.sanestesico.co.cc , but on a very
poor and slow free server. I was wondering what do I have to do in order to reactivate my old
account, if possible, or if do I need to send a new application for hosting maybe? How ma...

i was wondering if this were the intended function of the faqs section, or if a username is faqs,
and somehow that section of the forum redirects there... just a question as it appears to be the
default page for new sites when clicked......

For all this time, I've been active at the Astahost Forums. But recently, I went to take
a look at the trap17.com forums too, just out of curiosity. And boy, /rolleyes.gif"

I would like to unregister from Astahost.com.Its a good hosting site but I have found some thing
which suits me better as it has ruby on rails installed on the system. I know I can just stop

Does this hosting service have support for phpBB forums and all of that?...

I read in the specs that Astahost gives you a phpbb board. I havn't have been approved yet but
I do have the 30 credits I need to do so. My question is this. Will I be able to install my own
phpbb to my website. The reason I want to do this is because I was to put mods or "hacks" as they
called them on my forum. I don't know if I could do this for the on given to my by Astahost.
Will I be able to install my own version. Or better yet, will I be able to put mods or hacks on the
one give to me?...

I just want to know if my site needs to be in english and can't be in another language. the site

account thing (pinned message on the new account section) the only option is to create a
_____.trap17.com and th ere's no option for creating _____.astahost.com. Can I only create it on

just checking that if i start a site on astahost using a subdomain i can them undate this to a
domain if i choose to buy one....

Is it possible to create a udp connection to a server on my standard astahost account?. I mean is it
allowed in php? Or do i need to set anything to anything. I've found a script that queries game
servers and displays their output to the site. When I run it on my own Apache server, it works (even
for outside ip's). But when I use the same script at astahost it doesn't work :S.. Anyone

Hi, This isn't any hosting help request. Just wanted to know how the astahost email
works... It's hooked to my domain, right.. So my email logins should be "user" for an email that
like: user@mydomain.com .. But instead my pop logins for downloading mails are "user+mydomain.com"
and it's corresponding passwd. Why does the pop logins take this shape (not that it's a
