Don't know if this I usefull for you but I guess your CPU is able to run 64bit OS and such. Though you said your stepping is '0' (zero) which would be 'D0'. Which isn't E6 stepping so I can't say it with full confidence

Perhaps you could contact AMD themself about this? Or someone else has this CPU here on Astahost...
