I would like to know how to do it in my hosted phpbb2 forum, the one I created with fantastico.
I tried simply put the same one with the same syntax, no image appears. |

Host your image on Photobucket ( make an account) or imageshack ( no account needed) for photobucked, there will be a box, check it and go down to IMG button you'll go to a page with codes choose the one that says " For message boards" its a [IMG] code, then put it on ur signature

Thanks a lot, now I see the problem. My board simply does not show my signature, even if it's pure text ! the "always attach my signature" is set to yes, but the signature is not displayed. It's probably a bug of the current phpbb2 version. Does it work on your board ?

In the administration panel there might be an option to disallow signatures. Check if it is turned on.

Yeah somtimes you got a disallow sigs, or like i said u may just need a [IMG] Code

Or check your settings in the BBCode section in the admin panel, something might be wrong with the BB to HTML conversion

everything is on : html yes, bbc yes, attach sig yes. And even pure text does not work.

This is just a wild guess, but maybe if you are using a non-default skin it doesn't support signatures

(8) I know Astahost and Trap 17 both use Xisto in terms of Hosting. However, are there any differences

know any good ones? (6) Im looking for a forum that I can host on my server! I tried Simple Machines Forum but I cant get it
to work properly! When a new user wanted to join it asks for a confirmation code, with a graphic but
the graphic didn't appear. I tried re-uploading it as well as replacing the graphics files and
trying different prefixes. If anyone knows of another site that offers similar options please let

Why Is Astahost Loading Slow ?
(15) Hey Computing host is great btw: I use it. Anyway, I was wondering, both of my computers have a
cable internet, and it moves awfully fast on most other sites. Then when I come here, everything
seems to slow down. Things take longer to load than usual. Is the server slow, is it something I
did, or what? This really only applies to the forum part of Astahost, everything else is fine.....

(5) Seems like our custom Whatpulse signature generator server (http://whatpulse.afraid.org) got
overloaded and has been shutdown temporarily. Well the saga never ends - as soon as that went down -
