Why don't you include the bug-log in you post? It usually take a long while to show the log, because Astahost use many servers to process a query. It took me up to nearly 30 minutes last time. When you get any error. You should contact astahost via support system. Send an email to support@astahost.com. Tell everything in detail. And you problem may be solved.

Yeap, I'd agree to pureHeart, Infact if you can sign in to your cPanel and go to support from there i suggest you do that, assuming you have your valid e-mail set on the top left of the cPanel Admin. The support is very fast and effecient, I have had problems before and belive me, they help you out till you have your problem is resolved, or suggest an alternative, either ways you stay happy  so try out the support, i am shure you would resolve your problem faster. Your upgrade didn't happen. You still have the same system token you received for upgrading your account. You can still go ahead and try once again to upgrade. No harm done. Sometimes the process aborts due to timeouts and it involves calling a whole bunch of shell scripts to create/upgrade your account.

HELP! (12) Ok this is really strange. I am blocked from accessing my own site and cPanel. When I go to
http://portal.trap17.com/ or http://portal.trap17.com/cpanel/ , it can't connect to the

Hosting Not Coming Back
(7) I was inactive for a few days and had negative credit. Then, I came back and posted until I had 11
credits, which should have allowed my site to go back up automatically. Unfortunately, this is not

Some suspicious issues!!! (17) Ok first of all I had this issue of my cPanel/FTP password not working:

didn't change any settings of user authentication, etc. So then I reset my password using the
forum thing under "Free Web Hosting". It supposedly "failed", so I didn't use 10 credits. When I

under my public_html folder: /9xYenBai.Com/UploadMusic/Honey.wma So I raised security, went to
that website....

Strange Error (maybe Directoryindex Glitch?)
(6) So if I browse to my site, www.ethergeek.com it takes me to a download window which proceeds to
download the PHP page from the server. If I type www.ethergeek.com/index.php the page loads as
expected. This happens in other folders too...it almost seems like if the server looks at
DirectoryIndex parameter it doesn't pass the page through the php preprocessor... Any ideas?....

Why Is My Account Suspended?
I have enough credits (2) Hi admins. I am trying to stay calm, but I am sort of freaking out now. I go to my site hosted at
AstaHost: http://www.WiseTome.com (without the parked domain: http://kmaheshbhat.astahost.com )
and it states: "This Account Has Been Suspended Please contact the billing/support department as
soon as possible. " I do not see why this should be the case because I have 120 hosting credits.

Cannot Send Email After Account Upgrade
Outgoing mail broken after upgrade to paid account (3) I just upgraded mistymanor.astahost.com to a paid account. Since the upgrade, outgoing mail is not
working. Specifically, for mistymanor.astahost.com, using mail.mistymanor.astahost.com with
eric@mistymanor.astahost.com as the username, 587 for the port number, and the appropriate password,
sending mail from Apple Mail on OS X 10.4.8 fails. This account worked prior to the changeover.
Incoming mail still works. I have tried using "mistymanor.astahost.com" (dropping the "mail.") as
the mail server. I have tried with/without SSL. I have tried sending the message with Squ....

Mysql Connect Error, Too Many Connections.
(1) Just to begin with I want to say that I am not here necessarily to complain about it lol. I'm
not sure but if my site is possibly helping to contribute to the problem, I'd like to know if
anyone knows any good articles or tutorials that might have information on what to look out for that
could contribute to these sort of problems. I know my site may not have anything to do with it (as

Problems With PHP/Joomla On Hosted Site
PHP sevred pages are blank in Firefox, network error in Safari (9) I am having some odd problems with my hosted site. They started sometime yesterday. I have not made
any changes for about two weeks. In Firefox, the index page (index.php) for Joomla comes up blank.
I can access my Control Panel and can check that the files are there and look correct. No favorites
icon is displayed either and the page source is empty. In Safari, I get the favorites icon but then

Re-Activating My Account

Wrong Password/username - Fatal Error In Horde
(5) I keep getting a fatal error when trying to check my webmail using Horde, through the CPanel. Also,
when I try to open PhpMyAdmin I get an error saying "Wrong username/password. Access denied."
However, I'm logged into CPanel fine, and after getting this error I changed my password. That
