Ssh Request

Sorry to bother you with another security related request, just the kind of people who will be using
this site are the kind that would try and exploit it. Could you please close the following ports:
22/tcp (I don't use ssh anyways) 53/tcp (unless I need it) 443/tcp (unless I absolutely need it)
993/tcp (I don't think I need ssl) 995/tcp 3306/tpc (I don't want people hacking my MYSQL)
Or if this is simpler all I really need open is: 21/tcp 25/tcp 80/tcp 110/tcp 5190/tcp If certain
of the requested ports to be closed absolutely has to be open for functiona...

I have dialup at the moment and am trying to save bandwidth, so I'd appreciate it if you can

I've posted a request for a free hosting account in the proper forum 2 days back. Yet, I
have not received any response from Admin! I notice that in that forum, only my (and some other
guy's) posts are pending, all others are either moved or closed! I request Admin to explain why
its taking longer than usual (24 working hrs, you said) to accept my request.. I have also confirmed

Hi, I would like to have my webhosting account (djn.astahost.com) enabled with ssh access. I
constantly change my web pages and it is just plain annoying with ftp how you need to download the
file, change it and upload it again, so using SSH would be much easier. Thanks...

computer, i have already been granted permission by my isp. can you please remove my hosting

Hello, I would like to request for a ssh access for my account (yordan) I would like to be able to
use "vi" for very simple but repetitive changes to some php or config files (the last one was
changing the hostname from "astahost.com" to "localhost"). I would also like to be able to directly
"ping" from astahost, in order to see why some of my clients cannot access my site and clarify their
IP problems. Or course, if it's not possible to guet ssh or telnet access, I will continue like

I had SSH untill a while ago.. Now SSH is disabled again for some reason, i guess it has something

Shell access is not enabled on your account! If you need shell access please contact support. So
