Mysql Storage Engine Error 28
(5) Hello, On my website and forum, SDeckNET, the mySQL database is not working. I get the error "mySQL

05:33:53 AM" from my forum. From what I know, error 28 means I'm out of disk space, how can this
be? I was never told of a mySQL space limitation and all these cases of downtime are destroying my

Server Status Page Gone
(1) Ok, this isn't a big problem since I still got cPanel to check the status, but the server status
page that resides with the helpdesk is gone. QUOTE Not Found The requested URL
/helpdesk/index.php was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was
encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Apache/1.3.37 Server at

Site Won't Work
I get the old parking page I had before I got hosting (11) Hi again. I'm having another problem. Well... If you read my other topic, the site isn't
working with www. Well, now the site won't work at all, subdomains, ftp, everything. I get the
old parking page that came with the domain. I was wondering if it is a problem with the company I
registered the domain with. I know that the name servers take time but its been about 5 days since I
changed them to the astahost ones. Yesterday it was working (except for subdomains) but today...
nothing works. Can anyone see if it works? the site is www.habbofront.com and a subd....
Hosting Termination Error
(0) bakr_2k5 terminated his hosting account but still shows as HOSTED. I think he did this during the
recent RED period. I tried to do a termination token for his account as well but still no luck.
Can you ensure that his hosting is terminated and fix his member group. vujsa....

I Put Ads On My Site: But It's Still Suspended!
(4) I've recently put ads on my site, as Oaque says you can in the Staying Active Rule
(http://www.astahost.com/staying-active-rule-t1180.html). My hosting credits have run out last
night, and my account has been suspended, even though I put ads on to compensate for the fact that I
haven't been able to post on the forums too much recently. Is there anyway to resolve this
without having to start posting everywhere?....
Site Suspended
..why? (2) my credits barely went negative and i logged in my cpanel a few hours ago and now i receive this:
"This Account Has Been Suspended Please contact the billing/support department as soon as possible."
what actually is the problem? the credit was 0.02 a few hours ago but when i logged in now, it was
-4.xx and i made it till 8.xx but still nothing.. ....
My Site Is Down For 5 Mins. On An Avg. Every Hour
(8) I dont know if it's just me but it seems like my site (james.astahost.com) is like down at least
five minutes ever hour like it would be working for a certian amoutn of time then all of a sudden it
goes down if I wait 5 minutes it's back up, an hour later the exact same thing happen's can

Are Server Changes Being Made?
(2) This afternoon I entered my site and got an SQL error, so I went to the cPanel and the phpMyAdmin is
now green (it used to be blue). One of my tables could not be repaired so I dropped it then I
recreated it and refilled from my backup copy, but I contined to have the same problem, so I dropped
all the tables and did a reinstall. Now it is working again but there is one problem, When using the
Firefox with the forums I get a prompt to enter data instead of just bolding or underlining or
really anything like code or quote, and it will only take a limited amout of data int....
Ip Address For My Site
Is it for my subdomain or for Astahost? (3) I've tried to access my webpage http://www.abhiram.astahost.com by typing in the IP address
that is mentioned in CPanel i.e. 69.50.168.69 . But instead, it goes to http://www.astahost.com .
Am I doing something wrong or is that how it is? If it is supposed to go to astahost, is there a way
to access my site by an IP address? Thanks.....

Messed Up Site Setup
Please Help! (2) Ok, so I fill in the http://www.astahost.com/process just as stated with the web address
finance.astahost.com and the rest filed in and click submit. I then get the message that it is not a
valid subdomain of Trap17, this isn't trap17 so I click ok and the type yes to confirm and it
process my request. I get the completed message and now my site doesnt work, my cpanel doesnt work
and it recons my ftp address is ftp.finance.astahost.com.com which isn't right. Please help.....
