I would probably vote it 8/10. Simple because, they are a great service but somethings take time, just say, submitting your site to google. It probably wont get on the listings for a few weeks, maybe even months.
But overall google is great. They offer a wide range of searching tools and programs that prove to be very helpful to some people.
i personally whould give google a 9/10, meaning it's one of the best sites ever... why ? it's simple : because i use it every day... and a site that i am using every day means that it's great... you get the info you need, whenever you need... and it's kinda tough to imagine what the internet whould be like without an exact and fast search engine like google... ! Google Earth is also great, and also Google Images... I don't like Google Talk... but i'm sure it will get better soon !
I dunno... 8?...9?...10?... its the only search engine I use, they spawned the only email I use, and they seem reliable in searches and its fast and a light weight page. Cool features. I don't see any flaws but don't use others enough to really compare, no complaints whatsoever though.

i give it a 10 out of 10 because it's got everything! you can shop in froogle, get directions from maps.google, news, sports, health, search engine. it's the most used and has the best search results than the other ones.
Google has its advantages and disadvantages. To rate it on a scale accurately, would require a lot of work. But in my own honest opinion, I would give the whole company a 9/10. If they were to continue their greatness and not be consumed by corruption, then they will be a 10/10 in my eyes.
Is a company that it not only invests in the company, more invests in the entire Internet, it earns and the users earn together, either information, money or any another thing…
Bad points: My only bad point is the it lacks of transparency on google adsense =/

I have to say that I would give it a 10/10...simply because it is so much better than everything else....
You go to other search engines are their pages are cluttered with all kinds of stuff, and take forever to load....google on the other hand is very simple, and very fast to load.
Also, I find that the search results on google are a better than the ones on other sites, they seem much more relevant....
For myself, Google has become the absolute worst search engine for relevant content. It is however the best search engine for locating paid advertisements on an endless array or products and services. If you spend enough hours browsing the pages of results, one of the advertisements may even be remotely associated with the search term you entered.
explanation is simple: because I am getting good results from it. I tried other search engines but their results weren't so good, infact some of those results weren't even related to my query. It's basically whoever pays the most money to that search engine will get the best spot on the results page no matter of how related your website really it. Google treats each website equally. Every other search engine is what I call 'corrupt'
I have a Google Calendar set up to show events that happen in a school. It is currently under my
Google account right now, but I need to share it in order to allow staff and coaches to edit the
calendar events as appropriate. Almost all of them do not have Google accounts. I found a sharing
option for Public calendars and I tried to share the calendar to myself with a different, non-Google
email address. It didn't work, I checked Hotmail and there was no notification or anything like
that. How do I allow non-Google accounts to be able to edit the calendar? It would....

Does the sandbox effect prevent yahoo and msn search engine rankings as well as google rankings?
Because my site was on the first page for it's targeted keyword on msn and yahoo. But now my
site url can't even be found in yahoo. It says that such an url does not exist! Do any of you
know the answer to this? If so share your views.....

Are there any different tracking results when placing google analytics tracking code at the

I just searched my name and I found a couple of sites I had made some years back and I want to know
if there is a way of how to remove this information from Google search engine. All of them were
submitted automatically from blogging sites I use...like for example: Friendster, MyPetsPages...etc. ....

If you want the google site to block more sites, then you will need to go onto the google site. Then
go onto preferences. There you can change alot .For example the language it should search for only,
or if the result window should be seperate, or how many results should be displayed per site. This
window to change preferences is very useful! Have fun!....

i have just came accross this website, and it shows all the truths and theories about google. im
shocked that google have never deleted anything at all "since day one".! this can mean when you
delete anything on the gmail server it aint actually deleted. it is still saved on the google
server. it also states that google actually atmitted to the savings of all documents! also theres
cookies in your browser, so if you make a search on their search engine it tracks down what you

I have heard rumors that Google might be offering webspace to customers. I haven't read any
articles about this. I merely stumbled upon it while reading something. If this rumor is true, what
do you think Google will offer if their webspace just happened to be free? I personally think they
will eventually expand into this industry. Google has made it's way into Froogle and Gmail.
