Only meaningful texts earn something.
That means, like in real life, you have to show the picture, then explain and comment it.
Like on the TV, better the comments are, more earnings you have. Like in real life, the same picture makes people go to TV stations having interesting comments on an event, instead of going to these who have poor comments.

When in my control panel and i attempt to look at my subscribed topics

i want to try out MVN Forum, it's a forum written in JSP language and require TOMCAT on other,
