Migrate User From Win Nt4 To Win2k

I currently migrate windows NT4 to windows 2000.
How can I move all user and their password to the new windows 2000 machine?

I did try backuser. But it cannot be run in NT4. >_<
are there any other tools available??

Ghost the NT4 drive and then after you put it back in the 2000 machine, then use the 2000 disk to upgrade.

Although, I'd find it much easier to just create them again on the 2000 machine. It's really not that hard...but you're a Windows user, so maybe it seems harder to you.

    Does anyone know how to turn the user account control off? It's really annoying and it pretty
    much comes up every time i try to use a windows program. I tried to contact microsoft support about
    this but all they could respond with was, "we dont know what your trying to ask us". I'm pretty

    This is just a problematic machine. It wouldn't boot up at all previously until I replaced the
    power supply. After doing that it went on and started the boot process. I thought that was an easy
    job. Then after it finishes loading the Windows 2000 progress bar, I get a window asking me to run
    chkdsk. At this stage, whether I run it or not, it will freeze in this screen. Then after a short
    while, the famous blue screen of death will come out with the following error code: c000021a
    Unknown Hard Error I tried to find this error but can't. Googling only shows that....

    account (or some user account) and then import them back to the new system? Is the possible to keep
    the SID and password unchanged. If so, the file premission (in NTFS partition) will remain the same.
