I Can`t Login To My Forum Account - soleimanian

My question is, is AstraHost reliable for uploading forum software such as SMF, Vbulletin and
Invisionpowerboad. According to the requirements i need 10 or 30 credits and the space gets higher.
Which would be better for running a forum? personally i think 30 would be too much but im unsure as

I searched the forum, but didn't really find anything.. is it possible to reset my account, or
even better to terminate it and get a new one with the same name? that everything would be dropped
to default, statistics and etc, I sometimes even can see subdomains, which are deleted and

Well, about a year ago I did apply for the 30 credits hosting account, here in AstaHost. I kept my
site up for some months, but after some time the site idea kind of died, I wasn't able to post
regurlarly enough to keep ti up and running. Now, I gathered up with a friend to start a new and
promising project, that's actually up and running here www.sanestesico.co.cc , but on a very
poor and slow free server. I was wondering what do I have to do in order to reactivate my old

i was wondering if this were the intended function of the faqs section, or if a username is faqs,
and somehow that section of the forum redirects there... just a question as it appears to be the

This happen when I try to active my hosting account.. Remembering that I had an account here and
was the same domain.....

I think there has been an error with my account credits. I loged in yesterday and I had credits for
2.6 days, and a few minutes ago my account and website was active, but suddenly a "This Account Has
Been Suspended" error message appeared. In the main page now it sais a have (-)4.02 (Negative)
hosting credits. Is this an error? Maybe I'm wrong... EDIT: Ooops, maybe its for my latest

When I Try to access the CPanel, I am greeted with the 'Login Attempt Failed' error. The
default FTP account is not working either. I haven't had any modifications with my site yet, so
I am not sure if someone has hacked into my account. Is there any problem with the system? I have
not reset the password as I don't want to loose 10 credits over nothing. Please confirm if the

Hello, Well for a quite long time, almost a year I was having different problems with my domains,
here is the problem: my main subdomain I got with astahost works every time the server isn't on
downtime, but with top level domains like .net and uni.cc, for a month now almost everyday for about
6 hours I can't access my sites and I get 404 error, I thought it was my ISP stupid DNS stuff,
because I could get to the sites using Google proxy, but the domains don't really always work
for other people from my country on different ISP, so I though this is something...

For all this time, I've been active at the Astahost Forums. But recently, I went to take

I got this message when I tried to make my account for hosting today: There were problems creating
your account! Please Contact Administrator. And then it printed out this info: The /usr, /, or
/var partition on this server is running out of disk space. This WHM operation has been temporarily
suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files

Im looking at the new hosting requests and have noticed them beginning to stack up, even some guy
withdrew it for it was taking too long (3 days) in his opinion. This isnt at all directed to that
specific issue , but it brings up the question, how long does it take to approve a request? Trap17
gets it done in 1-4 days, can see that from looking at thier approved, but asta's are way all

Dear Admin, I apologize for the inconvenience, but is there any chance you could change my forum
username from Djetamun to isMobham? I usually use the latter, and I have no idea why I joined
