| | Hey all,
KMess is a KDE and QT based MSN Messenger for UNIX based OS such as Linux, FreeBSD and Solaris.
It is fast, but it doesn't have much features as it's competitor, Mercury Messenger.
Here's 1 screenshot from their website.

hey, i would just like to tell you guys that the new and LEGAL copy of Windows Live Messenger 8.5
beta is now available from Microsoft at http://ideas.live.com The new slick theme is made to
'blend in' to Windows Vista's Glass effects throughout the Operating System. I have
downloaded it and It does match Windows Vista perfectly. I reccommend everyone to download WLM 8.5

Trillian - For Your Instant Messenger Needs.

Trillian This handy little app lets you run MSN,ICQ,Yahoo messenger,AOL messenger and IRC in one
handy little program. Very useful if you use more than one type of instant messenger. Instead of
having hundreds of windows open just use this one for all. + it can be customised easily. The only
problem I've had so far is I can't figure out how to change my MSN name but it's
probably just me missing something /mellow.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=""

Mercury Messenger
previously called dMSN (10)
Ok, I want to present you Mercury Messenger. It's a great chat program wich supports MSN, Jabber
and Gmail Talk! (or at least the service). It's made in Java and is very customisable (especialy
since 1709B03a). There are a few downsides to it (like large memory demands and Sygate PF wich hangs
when Mercury is running), but it's a good one, I think it's even better than MSN. It has
almost everything MSN has, except than sending custom winks (is being worked on) and the sounds
sending feature. It has lost of custom emoticons, skins, listviews, ... on merxtr....
