Hi All,


I got an issue a long time and can't found a way to fix it.

The story is on windows 2000 system with its dns cache service enabled. It has a firewall (Outpost Firewall) installed on it.
Every time I access the Internet. I have to restart the dnscache service before any softwares can access it.


Have anyone experience this before ?
