Well, if you don't have any ideas, make something that you can profit from  Make a web site with bunch of useful things and then put AdSense on it  Of course, don't cheat, just let it go with the flow. Also, get a domain, so Google can rank you higher. After that just add more articles and watch the cash flow  NB: This might not work as stated here

lol .. like what ? i thought of a blog but i guess adsense wont work for it .. i mean whats the use of adsense in a blogsite, would they even approve. Well, you might use wikipedia software and choose a subject. That way people may also add so you won't have to do all the work. However, you will have to be careful, sometimes people abuse the phpwiki possibilities.

Then you should try making your own software like phpWki  But I think that would be uneccessary. Just think a bit harder. There must be something people need but isn't easy to find (and is legal at the same time)

What about a multiplayer free game site ? Most of the network playing sites are single-player sites and after one hour you need to pay. what about designing an interesting arcade game, or word-playing game, and allowing several human people to play one against the other one ? MSN does that whit Messenger, I think there is room for another site.

F*ing awsome, nice idea .. but as a n00b in programming and NO knowledge in Game Programming .. i'd take like months to learn and create something like this. I could do it, but it would take time. There is a great web site with free flash games that you can use on your webiste. They are not multiplayer, but it's nice to play single player too. I think it's www.freeonlinegames.com, or there is a link there. Anyway, they are about 500 - 1000 kB, so you can put quite a lot if you have #2 package.

I don't have a problem with short forms and whatever, and sometimes all lower-case applications even look better to me (even though they are definately not grammatically correct), but I'm talking about how they make your site visually less appealing. I don't know. Something about the general look of the text. Maybe it's just me?

Asta gives you the option of PHP and MySQL when you apply for a hosting. And WordPress 2.0.3 also asks for the same Specs. Just d'load a copy of WordPress from >> HERE << and unzip to your desktop .. open the html readme file in the folder and go according to their instructions (which are pretty simple for a newbie also). And once ur blog is set up then you go searching for templates and tweaks etc .. and play around with ur site a little .. wen ur shure that u are able to do everything u need and ur all hand on with the controls of WordPress, i'd suggest you to remove ur installation and re-install it completely .. and apply the hacks and tweaks once again ... and finally BACKUP your site. I'm with the very same problem: Got a host, got the knowledge, but missing the MAIN PURPOSE! What the heck will I code? Maybe I should host a web-site for lyrics, or maybe a "random image upload" site (you gotta need luck to uplaod an image, then others may rank it), well... don't know well. I were about to code a Java Soulseek client, but the protocol unofficial documentation is missing. If someone happens to have it (that one the SoleSeek writed), please, mail me ok?

Oh boy! Can we install a blog software in our Astahost account? Oh my! I have been using a free host all this while. How do we go about that, Dhanesh? And I started of my blog intending on publishing quality articles, putting Adsense code there, and then earning something out of it. I would say, you can start some thing like that. Try to first focus on some ideas or a handful of topics that you like. Categorize them properly as you post regularly in those topics (tagging). And then, present them to target audiences depending on the tags, and seperately.

Trouble With Opera Website Or Me?
(7) This just started occuring when I downloaded the new version of Opera. I think there must be setting
for this but I cant find it. Anyway whenever I go to a web page Opera loads it from memory (not the
internet). Now this speeds up your computer (or it should) but does not provide up-to-date
information. The only way I could find to get around this is to press the refresh button but when
you are using forums like I do pressing the refresh button on every page just to get it updated
takes a lot of time (not to mention it is anoying). Does anyone know how to solve this prob....

noticed there to be around 300 visitors. Definitely those "flooders". What the communist....

free site is .de.vu This is a german site, though if you understand a little bit of german, you can

good. remember you need to become member and give them your email etc. So in the end a real .com
