Hows It Goin - Introducing myself

Hi friends, I'm not new to free hosting and forums. I'm a memeber at Trap17 for over an
year. I've heared of Astahost when I joined Trap17, but belive me this is the first time
I'm visiting Astahost. Being a Computer Science Engineer, I loved the topics being discussed
here and joined the forum. I'm planning to get a Hosting account here. this will help me in
addition to my Trap17 account....

Not much to say really, I'm currently a junior attending Indiana University/Purdue University of
Indianapolis, after having served 4 years active duty (and another 4 IRR) in the US Marine Corps. I
am a New Media major, but my other interests include my wife, old school hot rods, heavy music,
RPGs, and MUDs. Well, just figured I would do the introductory thing (even though I've already

designer/artist, working towards getting accepted to either architecture school, or

Hi All, Resons I am Here With a good feeling to host a personal web page I set on the course to
find a free web hosting provider, and after months of hardships, with banner ads and low speed, I
embarked upon this Site.. felt, like finding Peace at last. I want to make it perfect, so I will

Just wanted to post to introduce myself. I live in Hawaii, am an avid punk rock afficionado. I own
2 independent record stores on the island of Oahu. I came to this site for 2 reasons: 1) To get the
free webhosting so I can upload a song to my myspace profile... 2) To learn more and get better at
the technical aspects of computing. I am knowledgeable about surfing the 'net, but not that
tesh-savvy. I'm hoping to learn more while here. Mahalo!...

THIS is an interesting concept. A rated forum where respect and intelligence gets you a web account?
When I read about it, I had to join. I'll be looking around the forums to see what I can learn
from them, I always try and make meaningful input, but this almost seems intimidating. Still looks
like fun though....
