Reason you can't is that you getting the same account, meaning 1 less person would get an account. although you can have unlimited trap17.net accounts. But if you need more space and bandwidth you need to upgrade to a paid account.
This has been asked many times. Please use the *SEARCH* topic before making a redundant question.
You are allowed to have ONE Trap17.com, ONE AstaHost.com and ONE Trap17.NET account. Do not make Trap17.com and AstaHost.com with the same cpanel username.
