Great Flash Website Builder! - creating flash websites!

Does anyone here use Macromedia Flash? I use it for everything. Signatures, graphics, class
projects, and of course animation and game making. I also use it for web design. Mostly for web
design, ie: Flash navs, flash banners, music players. I'm not really that advanced yet, only
know intermediate actionscript..but I'm getting there. If you want to see what I can do, I put
everything and anything I knew at the time on this site: www.freewebs.com/rtsblue. Well, that was
more of an introduction, than a discussion really. Back on topic, anyone here use flash besides...

I know of some free tools to create animated flash tutorials, but does anyone know what programs are
used to create the tutorials from these two sites? http://www.crucialp.com/site/help.php
http://demodemo.com/ I know very little on Macromedia Flash itself, so if there is another program
that is used to create these, that would be great. Thanks....

Anyone have a good open source or free program to turn videos into .swf extension? I found one that
converts to .flv, but that's not what I'm looking for, though it was kind of neat. Maybe I
can take it from .flv to .swf, and tips are welcome, thank you....
