The world of games have no limits or boundary's . Its been more than 2 decades and it has developed a lot. But Among the Years there are a few Games that will be kept as the
"Best Games Of All Time"
I am myself a very hardcore gamer and i have gone through games by the count of hundreds. Among them I found a Few Interesting and ever remembrancer games, These games are my choice of the best of All time.....

Personally, if I tried to list them all I wouldn't be able to refrain from having a list at least 50 games long, however I dont feel like thinking about it that long so I'll list, in no specific order, some games that stick out in my head as worthy of such an honor. - Hugo's House of Horror (1-3) - Wolfenstein/Wolf3D - Doom Series - Ultima Series - Zork Series - Myst - Space Quest Series - Kings Quest Series - Monkey Island Series - Half Life - Final Fantasy Series - Quake - Resident Evil - Mario - Sonic - Street Fighter - Metal Gear Series - etc

Here is my list - Tie Fighter Collectors CD-Rom. One of the best games of the genre, good graphics for the day, great story line, all around great game. - Wing Commander: Privateer. Someone mentioned Freelancer, try playing the original. One of the first that had an open sandbox. - Wolfenstien 3D - first FPS - Halo: Xbox version - first FPS that got it right on console - Sega Hockey (EA NHL up til about 97 for the Genesis.) - Falcon 4.0: Allied Force - the last and greatest flight combat SIMULATOR. I bought Falcon 4 in 1998. It was okay, but unfinished. AF finished it with the dynamic combat engine and new theaters and upgraded graphics.

Whoa, not many playstation games o-o But I am not to picking at games it is hard to choose which ones I likes x-x But I got to say I like the Ratchet and Clank Games the most, The Darkness looks spiffy but not out yet, Darns >_>

Best games of all time would have to be tetris. That game can never be boring or lose its gameplay value like many games out there today. I could easily names some of the most intense action, fighting, adventure, and rpg games out there right now that I truly love, but those game lack gameplay value. Those games are the type of games which you play once for the experience and never play it again. That is why I chose that tetris is the best game of all. The game is old and ancient as many can remember it to be, but if you are feeling the need to relieve stress and have a fun filled challenge, tetris is the way to go. You can play endlessly without feeling bored like with your other games. Ofcourse like with any games these days you have to play it against or with a friend. Because they add to the gameplay factor as well as the challenge.

The best game to me has to be the warcraft series, i never ever get bored playing it! especially since the inclusion of DOTA which is like, the only game i play now! The original story line of warcraft is wicked sick too! I still don't, understand why its not made into a movie yet. Its cools graphics and cinematics makes it one of the most beautiful game i have ever played

I am not a hardcore gamer but i played many games and here goes my list of my favourute games: In racing games I Like the following games from the need for speed series: - Need For Speed : Hot Pursuit II - Need For Speed : Most Wanted - Need For Speed : Carbon Out of these games Need For Speed Most wanted is my favourite. Its graphics are really amazing the cars and tracks looks so real.It is literally the best of all of the Need for Speed worlds. It combines the great car customization and open world of Underground with the police chases of Hot Pursuit and the solid racing gameplay that the entire series has been known for. In first person shooting games i had played the following games : - Project IGI I'm Going In - Project IGI 2 Covert Strike - Delta Force - Splinter Cell Out of the above FPS games "Project IGI 2 covet strike" is my favourite one. The game’s graphics are good, but not great. The textures are pretty good, and the environments are huge and seemingly boundless. In strategy games i had played the following games: - Empire Earth - Empire Earth - Art Of Conquest - Empire Earth -II - Empire Earth II -The Art Of Supremacy - Age of Empires In startegy games the Empire Earth series is really good one .It is much similar to the Age of Empire but it provides some advanced civilizations then the Age of Empires and its gameplay is simple.

A lot of people told me and usually talk that S.T.A.L.K.E.R is one of the best games they've played, but personally I never really played it, maybe when I'll get some time I'll need to start playing it too..

I couldn't list the best games as most of the games I played were really good, even though most of the games I played there just normal and even bad, as I am more of a retro gamer and played lots of Amiga games which is also available as DOS games, but I'll try to make a list of games I remember, but the numbering does not affect which one is best: Reunion (by Amnesty design) UFO: Enemy Unknown (aka XCOM) Civilization Colonization Freeciv Settlers Dune 2 Hitman I and III Doom Worms All the series of Monkey Island, especially I & II Simon the sorcerer Beneath a steel sky Queen of Amazon Jungle Indiana Jones in the fate of Atlantis Syndicate Flashback Cannon Fodder Sim City Labyrinth of Time Myst Napalm Warcraft Age of Empires Superforg Ruff and Tumble Starcraft Medal of Honour F.E.A.R Call of Duty Command & Conquer In fact, I could go on and on, I played much more point and click games, I really enjoy adventure games and have lots of them, especially old ones which works with Amiga emulators and ScummVM, but just can't have the time to play them and besides, I now usually use a walktrough, that it would be faster, which isn't so enjoyable.

My 5 favorites: I have played through all of them countless times.
- X-Wing (with TIE-Fighter being right behind it)
Graphics: 95%
Sound: 95%
Gameplay: 95% (a few controls got improved in TIE-Fighter, but apart from that I wouldn't know what I would have wanted differently)
Story/Involvement: Very interesting, varied, action-packed missions. You just couldn't stop playing
- Starcraft
Graphics: 99%
Sound: 95%
Gameplay: 99% (StarCraft's way of controlling units was revolutionary)
Story/Involvement: Excellent story, varied missions and different strategies
Bonus: 3 UNIQUE and still BALANCED races made it practically found eSports (along with Counter-Strike)
- UFO: Enemy Unknown
Graphics: 90%
Sound: 85%
Gameplay: 99% (perfect mix of base management and turn-based strategy)
Story/Involvement: Average story but great replay value because every game was different and it was hard to obtain all research.
- Need for Speed 2: Special Edition (with NFS 3 Hot Pursuit right behind)
Graphics: 90%
Sound: 85%
Gameplay: 99% (very realistic feeling for that time)
Story/Involvement: Great rock music and very fast tracks pushing your adrenalin to the limit. Don't forget spectactular crashes. And the best: Real videos of your dream cars driving while you are told their specifications.
- Resident Evil 1&2
Graphics: 97% (Prerendered scenes ftw.)
Sound: 98%
Gameplay: 99% (Different. Different is good. Hard. Hard is good. Nice mix of puzzle and action)
Story/Involvement: One of the most fascinating background stories ever invented for a game. The progressing of the story itself was very exciting too. Cool, diverse, boss fights and many shocking moments kept the player involved all the time. Unlocking new modes and characters encouraged playing through more than once.
Other games worth a mention:
- Silent Hunter III + IV: annoying as hell sometimes but also very addictive
- GTR 2: Awesome graphics and realism. This is a true simulation.
- GT Legends: While similar to GTR series it has the more interesting cars
- Knights of the Old Republic: Awesome RPG/3D-Shooter. Nothing special, but you just can't stop playing it.
- Far Cry (series): Beautiful landscape and free roaming (more or less) though the outdoor levels
- Also liked AvP, Doom 3 and Halflife 1&2
- Age of Empires: A decent game, but everything was so lovingly detailed and had a lot of historic references
- Warcraft (series): WC3 being the best. 4 races and compelling campaign
- Command & Conquer (series): You gotta love the video sequences, especially with real actors. Plus each of them was a very action packed RTS. Some were especially good, like C&C 3, Generals and Red Alert 1&2, but all were above average.
- The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind: You could go anywhere you wanted and had so many options and places to explore, it almost felt real. Also the system to gain skills/levels was unique.
- Final Fantasy (series): Unfortunately I only played a few.
- Star Trek Legacy: Horrible game actually, but a must for fans. The starships are awesomely detailed and are ranging from the first warp capable ship until Enterprise-E. And it IS fun to play, once you get used to the gameplay.
And a few classic:

- Lemmings (who beat it?)
- Worms
- Master of Orion
- Bomberman (Multiplayer fun)
- Doom/Doom 2
- Pinball Fantasies (Outright the best Pinball game I've ever played)
- Commander Keen (series) (You can't honestly be missing this one...)
- Bomb (a.K.A. Tankwars)
- Tyrian
- The Settlers
- Stunts (a.K.A. 4D Sportsdriving) (Woooo, early race/stunt sim - ROCKS)
- Prince of Persia
- All that I missed (sooooorry :P )

Should We Delete The Gaming Forums?
A poll on the games forum (20) The reason I bring this up is because of all the sheer useless posts in the gaming forums. As a
moderator I kinda get sick trying to keep an eye on all the crappy posts that mainly new
users post in the gaming side of the forums. To me these are "Cheap" posts and a lot of people spam
one liners on this side of the forums to gain credits only to find that when they post a request to
be hosted that they are denied. Trap 17 has a gaming forum which is also filled with endless debates
about how much Runescape sucks or how much Halo "roxers" does Astahost need this kind of ....

Best Games Of All Time
Your pick for the best game of all time (5) I was just wondering what everyone would put down as the greatest game of all time. I personally
would rate Final Fantasy 7 as my all time favorite, but I'm sure a lot of people would disagree.
Here are my reasons for this: 1. for its time it had really stellar graphics and the movies were
the bomb. 2. Very inventive story line with a lot of side quests going on and things to do. 3.

Needing Some Help With Gaming
games freezing when trying to play (9) here's the story... i tried to play my counterstrike on steam (havent in awhile so i thought i
would try it out again) well i got to the screen when to load the game and right when the screen to
play popped up the colors were messed up and froze couldnt use ctrl alt del so i had to turn my comp

duty thinking "hey maybe it was steam or my counterstrike or something" well installed and when the
mutliplayer is all loaded about to go to the game screen it freezes.... /dry....
Games That Have Bad Endings....
how i hate them.. (14) I hate them. Think of how movies are..they are like video games. A bad ending to a movie just ruins
it, even though the movie overall was good, kinda like video games. So in the case of video games,
its just even worse because a game takes up more of your time than a movie does. One game for
example is: X-Men Legends I liked the game overall before I saw the ending. After the ending I
hated it. I spent a lot of time playing this game and was expecting a decent ending and all I got
was crap. The end credits could of at least had some music in it. I can't believe I w....
Does Nintendo Make The Old Games For Gamecube ?
Mario, Duckhunt, Hogan's alley (7) does anyone know if nintendo makes or plans on making the old games for gamecube? mario, duckhunt,
hogan's alley.. you know it's practically impossible to get a game to work on NES because
it's so old and dusty.. they need to make the exact same games, nothing different, for the
gamecube so we can relive the classics again!

A list of games that can be hacked (3) If you game online, there's always going to be some point or another where you're going to
run into cheats and hacks. Whether you're the one using them, the one having them used on, or
some guy laughing or cursing on the sidelines, it's become something that we all have to deal
with in some form or another. I personally don't care for them; if people want to use them, I
think more servers where cheats are not only accepted but are encouraged should be set up. However,

Quality Of 'good' Games
(8) What do you seek in a game? Graphics? Good storyline? And when is too much, too much? I personally
think there is too much graphics in today's games, and it seems to be a epidemic within the
devloping community that more graphics means better games, which is defiantly not true. You just
need to looks at DOOM 3 and see how much of a dud it was. Nice graphics, but poor AI, gameplay etc.

Mech Games
Fast and Deadly Vs. Slow and Deadly (10) There are a whole host of giant robot fighting games, mechwarrior, zone of the enders, etc etc. My
question to you is, waht makes a good mech game? What features/options do you like to see?
alright, so recently I've been doing some research on a new mech game coming out for the PS2
called S.L.A.I. (steel lancer arena international) hunting after a demo that came out with with an
issue of OPM that came out Febuary. And there haven't been that many good reviews from people on
it. and I can't understand it. Slai is the second release of a game called Phantom....
Favorite Classic/old School Games?
(17) What are your favorite or most fondly remembered classic games. Personally, I have to wonder how
much games have really evolved when I think back to my old favorites and new games leave me wanting
in comparison. I don't think it has anything to do with technological development but rather
whether a developer is able to accomplish their goals for a game regardless of what technology is
available. 1. Marathon. This game was my very first mac game and one of the first 3-D shooters
ever. It had such a dark, gritty and claustrophobic atmosphere and I'd also probably ....
