Let me start : Your Service provider : BSNL Dataone. Location : India Plan Details : 500 C+ = Monthly Rs 600 ( $ 15) + 2.5 GB free + 2AM - 8 AM unlimited. Up speed : 406 kbps Down speed : 440 kbps Promised : 256 kbps to 2 Mbps Received : ~ 500 kbps Satisfied : Ok. After 11 PM I've received about 1.5 Mbps.

Not sure on all my Plan Details, I'm using Road Runner Service in Columbus, Ohio as of now Download Speed: 4.89 Mbps Upload Speed: 473.11 kbps I think my Service Promises about 5 Mbps, so It's pretty close. I may upgrade to Road Runner Premium for another $10.00 and receive 10 Mbps (5 Mbps more) download. However, I wish my upload speed was much higher, its weird that it is so far from the download speed.

Lately it has been running fine so i think they fixed their problem.

I had 24 mb but from my home to the ISP its 3km so its the max speed i get is in average 5mb 6mb but well im satisfied

Satisfied : I'm very satisfied, the internet connection is stable. We probable don't get what they promised, but even the more expensive ISP providers didn't give us anything better than 3.5Mbps ... so our speed is probably limited by the distance from the streetcabinet (according to a GEO IP tool, it's about 10km away from my house, which is quite impossible ...)

Very Very good speed tester, so I imagine that all you use this service frequently. I don´t. My Internet speed is constant it´s not variable. Why your internet providers don´t give you constant speed too. I have seen that the only connections where the speed isn´t constant is the Dial-up connection. But you can´t use Dial-up because you have great speeds. I want that someone can explain me why is this like that. Regards.
