| When I went to my site today, it didn't come up but it said "Error establishing a database connection". So I went to cpanel and checked and its surprising. There are no databases there? I created a database for my wordpress and surprisingly cpanel says that the databases is 0/5. Also, when I tried to create database nothing happens. I gave database name, user and his permissions. It told that database is successfully created but no database show up. Why is this problem? Anyone here to help me? |
When I go to Phpmyadmin it says this :

Yes, seems to work now for some time, everything is back to normal for me 
Not for me. I am unable to add the user to my old database, where all my posts, comments etc are there. I have lost 5 articles. Also, now it is saying that my account is suspended! Why? In Xisto support it says that my account is active not suspended! But my site redirects to suspended page!
By the way, yesterday I have submitted and till today no one replied to it. This is just disgusting, I don't mind whether they say we need some time to fix this issue. I know how much hardwork is to be put to work on these issues. But I want is to know the information about the issue. Just a small reply will keep me satisfied that my hosting people are taking care of me. But yesterdays incident and the poor support is making me lose my confidence in Asta buddy.
Support people have to be quick (within 4 or 5 hours) and honest. They should reply to each and every mail. But not replying for 24 hours is worrying me.

Yesterday, there was downime for gamma server. As well as mysql server issue for rest of th server. But now it is solved. I guess all of us have their sites running again.
No starscream, its not fixed yet. My site says "Connection timed out"
Hmm, it's not yet fixed as per another members reply as well. They're working on mysql and gamma server. Problem will be solved soon. Do open ticket and keep in touch with the support team.

Hello, I am considering starting to contribute to this community and get free hosting from them but
the hosting im looking for needs one of two things... 1) Persistant MySQL Connections from PHP or
2) A extreamly large amount of max_connections_per_hour set. If these are not offered would it be

well on the saturday i actived the forum of my website.. thats OK, but today when i try to open the

Hey guys there seems to be a problem with teh MYSQL service on Gamma..ITs giving a "Too Many
Connections" error message to any request its being given at the moment..also I notice that the
trap17 hosted server seems to have the same errors..is that gamma server too? On the server status
page its listing as the MYSQL service as up and running and ok ..but its not.. I think it needs a
reboot..hopefully this can be sorted soon.. Thanks!!....

I have a folder ~/public_html/templates/warmish_community.bak which I do not own and do not have
permissions to delete. I have copied and renamed the folder contents so that I own and can
manipulate the files but cannot delete the original. Please delete this folder for me when you get
a chance. This is not time critical. The error was probably caused by a faulty mambo install
script. You may want to look into this because it might represent a security hole. ....

suuport mysql my question is when they provide for example 100mb and mysql is the size of your

When I was still utilizing the services of trap17, I always wondered whether the disk space used by
databases was actually applied to the disk space usage total on my account. Is this true? I'm
just curious. I never bothered to ask in Trap17 ....

I'm currently trying to install MyTopix forum software, but when I give it my information
for the MySQL database I've created for it, I get an error saying it can't access the
database because I gave it incorrect information. Now, I'm positively sure I gave it the right
