The dns was: ns1.astahost.com ns2.astahost.com But with this problem I've searched for another hoster.. then I found awardspace.. I am using there service while astahost is unable. Well, the point is: I think the problem is on astahost server, with astahost dns named or not the problem happen.. Information that I can give you is: - Now my dns's names are defined to astahost(ns1.astahost.com/ns2.astahost.com). - I had an account times before with this same domain on astahost. - The error happens when I try to create my account with this domain(tibiatraders.com) That's it.. Ah, I see that your NS has been updated to AstaHost. Alright, so far so good. Now, use the proper page. The Process page is no longer valid. Please use AstaHost.com/manage to activate your hosting account (if you have not done so). Use your forum information to log in. I want to make sure you use the proper page to activate your hosting account before we involve OpaQue or AstaHost techs. Okay?  Thanks.

Before I start the manual activation, would you send me all necessary information to activate your hosting account? I would need your forum username, password, your URL, cpanel user and password etc. I still have to see if it's something at your end or something wrong with Manage page's script. Thanks for being so patient. OpaQue has been alerted with this topic to see if there's any possibility with script error. I'll use your information to activate your hosting, on your behalf. When I have the same error and OpaQue gives me the go ahead I will create your hosting manually and let you know the login information. Thanks!

Impious DNS issue was resolved by OpaQue. Member is now hosting properly and received activation information. Thank you OpaQue and especially Impious for being so patient. Topic resolved.

Mistake With Hosting Registration

here is the problem: my main subdomain I got with astahost works every time the server isn't on
downtime, but with top level domains like .net and uni.cc, for a month now almost everyday for about
6 hours I can't access my sites and I get 404 error, I thought it was my ISP stupid DNS stuff,
because I could get to the sites using Google proxy, but the domains don't really always work

This Account Has Been Suspended
(6) I think there has been an error with my account credits. I loged in yesterday and I had credits for

I Do Not Own This Folder, Please Delete
Permissions/ownership error (4) I have a folder ~/public_html/templates/warmish_community.bak which I do not own and do not have
permissions to delete. I have copied and renamed the folder contents so that I own and can
manipulate the files but cannot delete the original. Please delete this folder for me when you get
a chance. This is not time critical. The error was probably caused by a faulty mambo install
script. You may want to look into this because it might represent a security hole. ....
