I've got some email accounts on my domain and associated with astahost cPanel. Now, after this hosting failure only my main account is working... the other accounts do not login me  I changed the password, I tried to login through webmail instead of Outlook, without any success...
Maybe I could delete the accounts and re-create them again, but I see there are some mails in the inbox (I can see the disk usage in cPanel but I can't read the mails) so I can't delete the account as there might be something important.
Does anyonw know any solution to this problem ?

I've just tryed to create a new random account.. and it doesn't work neither. So only the main account is working. This means that deleting accounts and re-creating them isn't a good solution, because even new created accounts wouldn't log me in

I see  But it was just to know if it was something global, or just the problem with my accounts. So now I guess that I'm not the only one to have this problem.. am I right ?

You dont need a domain, but your mail will be sent from "you@you.astahost.com if you dont set a domain, you can get a free domain from http://uni.cc if you want one.

Can't Access Cpanel - 'login Attempt Failed'
(6) When I Try to access the CPanel, I am greeted with the 'Login Attempt Failed' error. The
default FTP account is not working either. I haven't had any modifications with my site yet, so
I am not sure if someone has hacked into my account. Is there any problem with the system? I have
not reset the password as I don't want to loose 10 credits over nothing. Please confirm if the

Cpanel Access Help

Problem With Activating Hosting
No email sent to me (2) A few days ago, I was approved for the starter package, but as yet have not received an e-mail
regarding that. I have checked all my folders every day (inbox and bulk mail in particular) but have
seen no email from Astahost. I am sure that it is the email I signed up with. Is there something I

Question About cPanel And FTP?
how does it look like?? (4) i am new to this ASTA service and did try it yet and considering requesting an Account but i am not
sure about something. first the FTP: many sites have cheated on me with FTP account , does it work
with "my" FTP account meaning that i can connect to the FTP account using my own FTP client without
having problem uploading and downloading files?? and secoundly , the Cpanel. how does it look like
(friendly user interface) and is it easy to use non-like other hosting services which provide a
complex use Cpanel and even worst no help-Guide so you can start using it... adn....
Cant Access My Cpanel
Can anyone tell me what is wrong... (6) Its been awhile since I access my account through cpanel, because I usually use dreamweaver to
upload all my files directly to the host. But as I try to access my cpanel, I go to a broken link.

How To Add Spf Records For My Domain
Modifying/Adding MX records in cpanel (0) Well, I was interested in adding SPF ( Sender Policy Framework ) records for my domain in order to
do my part in reducing SPAM. (This?) CPanel only has a single box for the mail exchanger rather than
allowing one to add a record. Is there some way to do this? When I was on the other side of the
hosting biz, I remember being able to add arbitrary DNS records from within CPanel.....
Activation Email
please help (3) lately i have been away and have just got back, i checked my post

accepted, i checked my emails and havnt recieved one yet, im guessing it went into my bulk folder

Haven't Recieved Activation Email
(6) I noticed that I've just been approved for hosting and to check my email for activation
information. I checked my mail but its not there. I looked again at the information I gave you and
my email address is right and my spam folder is empty too so it didn't get sent there. Did it
get delayed?....

Hotmail Account Inactive (11) My ISP has changed since I first registered on here in June. When I came back the other day, I
thought I had edited my account information, but apparently I just edited my profile so the
activation email was sent to my old hotmail address. I hadn't logged into it for so long that

Email Trouble
(4) Hello, I've got some problems with my email account for about one week now. Webmail in cPanel
works fine, but when I'm trying to send through Mozilla Thunderbird, it says I need to introduce
a password.. I tape the password I use for my main mail account but it still doesn't let me send
the mail and says to re-enter the password. I guess there might be some trouble with SMTP. But also,
when I check my mails through cPanel I can see messages, and my client says "there's no new
messages on the server"... all this is really weird. It worked fine before, and....

Cpanel Loses Page Frequently Loses Connection

can not be found" It would be up for a few minutes, then go down for a few minutes. It kept doing

Where to sign up? (1) It says you can go in with 15 people in a group and get a bunch of stuff like a free domain, 1000 MB
disk space, 15 GB of bandwith, it's on this page on the right side.

Troubles Getting Into Cpanel
(1) Hello, I have just got my hosting approved and I can't seam to get anything working. I can't
point my nameservers to astahost yet so I can't get into cpanel by adding the /cpanel on the

in my username: oughtonm and password but it doesn't let me in. Could an admin help me out
