Hi all! This is with ref to this topic: http://www.astahost.com/problems-cpanel-t13608.htmlI'm happy to say that cPanel is Back now without any problems!  Thanks to the technical peoples for fixing the issue in a short time!  I was waiting for that to upload the files beacuse I cant access FTP behind this proxy  I thnik, the cPanel version is upgraded now! Its now showing as: cPanel version 10.9.0-RELEASE-44

I am not 100% sure but the previous cpanel version for both AstaHost and Trap17 was 10.6.0-RELEASE-158 (the last time I made a demo of cpanel) Upgrade was a complete success. However, when new activation is requested it's not able to add new users. OpaQue hopes to resolve this issue by tonight. Just to keep all of you on the same page, OpaQue finished upgrading last night and trained a new technician to support gamma accounts.

That's great news, it wasn't a worry at all really and the issue was resolved very quickly! Can't ask for more than that, and it's time for me to check out the changelog now .

I can't remember what the version was I swear I seen a 4 but can't remember off the top of my head. Got a new tech that should help unload the load opaque has already. has the tech made their presence known yet or no?

thanks to the admin's to fixing the CPanel, i'm 100% sure that everything is ok and no data lost, i just test if its works and everything is ok with the exception of the phpMyChat, it shows that the installation is complete and sucessfull but when i try to access it shows a 404 error page and also it only creates the database without any table. Everything seems fine on my end too so far, haven't actually tried messing with the database but the site has no data problems.

Wow! It's great that you guys are getting things complete and even more, it's cool for me to see you guys training a staff member!! Cool... training people. Sometimes I wish I had training in the computer arts. They're so cool! Anyway, I haven't accessed CPanel is a long time but I hope things got better - and in the same time I'm sure things are back to okay. So what does upgrading CPanel mean?? I haven't had these kind of experiences in my time of hosting support... o_o

Are there any new additions with the cPanel upgrade? What is the upgrade about? I havent accessed cPanel in so long I don't know if I'd notice anything different. Should I check to make sure all my data is still in place? At least the data I think I remember putting there. I've been very preoccupied lately, and unattentive to my website, though I would like to get back to it soon. I hope the upgrade is good for all, and didn't hurt anyones work in anyway.

Updated cPanel version is transparent to those who use hosting. But for server admins and small security measures, the update was a huge improvement. Please follow this link http://changelog.cpanel.net and read changes from version 10.6 to 10.9 Thank you.

Full Disk Usage Warning In Cpanel
(7) A few minutes ago I received an automated mail notifying me about 109.68% (548.38 Megs) of disk
space used by my hosting account. It was extremely surprising because I have not uploaded anything

(21) Well its been about a week now since i havent been able to access anything hosted on the gamma
server (including the gamma.xisto.com address) and its starting to annoy me. my brother "co-owns" a

Site Not Working

Problems With cPanel

Space Usage..
Question about space usage after deleting some stuffs using cpanel (3) Can anyone tell me how space usage is computed in the cpanel.. When i check, the control panel yank
at me that i was using 150MB of space.. so i was full and i need some data more to upload.. what i
have done is modify the code and erase my entire ftp account for files.. but the control panel still
says i was on full usage.. no files in the trash and i also use the explorer for web space usage in
the cpanel but still.. the total usage is merely at 7mb.. including the emails.. -- can someone

Can't Access The Cpanel!
Please help! (7) I just got an Astahost account and did everything it said I should do. I then went to the homepage
of my new site and saw the page saying that my account had been created successfully and
instructions on how to reach the cPanel. But when I tryed to go to the cPanel, it comes up with a

Unzip Files In Cpanel?
Can files be unzipped in cPanel? (6) Hi, I just got my new hosting account and was wondering if I can upload a zip file and get it
unzipped in the server? Normally I wouldn't mind unzipping and sending it using FTP, but
sometimes I'm somewhere else (like my workplace) and they don't allow FTP. Uploading the
files one by one is going to be tedious since my zip files usually have almost 100 files or more.

server status page on cPanel (4) I've just gone onto the . Everything was fine until I reached the bottom. It says Disk hda1
(/boot) 93 % and theres a red flashing animated GIF next to it. Is it meant to be like that? All
the others are green. Sorry if this is a bit of a n00b question.....
