CD-R Drivers Error 19 - Registry Fix

If your drives are not working and you have tried everything to fix the problem

Follow These Steps -

Start, Run, Regedit, find key, select key, expand it.
then delete the to sub keys listed. I have no idea what they mean.
I ran into the same problem after adding a BackPack-CDR to my system.

which key should we find and expand? When recommending people to edit the registry, be sure to be very specific as the registry is a very important piece of the OS. Also, before editing the registry, be sure to back it up.

Where did you get this tip from ? That find key, delete key should have contained the name of the whole key which looks somewhat like HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Driver\Unimodem\Init and \Settings - the key that you're supposed to edit, is missing from your instructions. So I suggest you go back to the site you got these instr. from and try get that key which you're supposed to edit. smile.gif

    Recently, I've been encountering several problems with my computer. One of those is that when i
    play a game, say MapleStory that uses up the whole screen, sometimes it would just hang for a second
    or 2 and restart the computer. Each time this happens, i send the error report and (surprisingly)

    cant find model number or drivers (2)
    i just bought this really nice scsi adapter card from a store off of ebay. it is a scsi adapter and
    has a network adapter built in....the company said they cant give out drivers....so i have been
    trying to find them on my own...with no luck...on the bottom of the card it says intraserver in big
    letters....so thats the company great. but internet search results dont bring anything up for it and
    i cant find the model number....a bunch of other numbers but nothing that will give me a driver. and
    driverguide.com doesnt have any scsi cards by intraserver and i cant find anyth....

    Hi, I have a Media Vision Pro Graphics 1024 VLB Video card. I need the latest drivers &
    utilities for this card. I have been searching everywhere that I can think of, but I can't find
    both the drivers & utilities. I have the original driver disk ver. 1.2, but I don't have the
    utility disk that opens up all the fancy features of this card. I know it's an old card based
