| | Who here has Burnout 3? When I bought my copy, it was a special edition with director's cut and was bought right from the company that produced it (It was frikken expensive too!) One of the things I don't like about it is that when you are driving, the speedometer is completely full of @#$%! I mean, how can you be going 200mph on a 200ft stretch, and have it take 10 seconds to get from one end to the other!? I mean come on. It is fun and all, but a lot of things are quite unbelievable. Anyone here feel free to compare and contrast Burnout 3 to any other racing game for the better, or for the worst.Please. |

I think Burnout 3 is a game unto itself. The crash courses are fun. Who cares if the spedometer is incorrect. Just the amount of damage you can cause is nuts. Taking a semi-tractor and crashing into 6 parked busses.

Burnout 3 Takedown is one of the best racing games ever made. It was my favorite besides Grand Turismo 3 A-Spec. I like the takedowns where you knock other cars off the road and watch them fly away and blow up. I also like steering my car into other after i have been hit. The crash mode is also a very interesting and cool feature.

Yes! Like I said in my Need for Speed post, I dont like driving games. I find their all the same, just go around a track three times collecting time from each checkpoint, when you come first it says congrads and then game over. Pretty pointless in my opinion. But Breakout 3 isnt like a normal driving game and really pushes the boundaries to a whole new level. The graphics are nothing short than amazing and... Well thats basically it! If it wasnt for the superb graphics this game wouldnt have been very successful as that is what makes the crashes great and fun to do on purpose. I also love going into slow motion as well.

A It's called 'arcade style' Anyway, yeah it's an awesome game. My favorite is the Roadrage mode. It's so fun, all you do is try to crash your other opponents. Best racing game ever(except for Cyberspin) Oh yeah, and it's not supposed to be a Sim

yes i think that burnout 3 is one of the best racing gamesever made as well. they even managed to up the graphics on the game also the sound is great. with those two you cant go wrong

I loved this game it was really good I used to have it for my xbox. I especially liked the special effects when you just nailed those cars. And the racing was pretty cool. But most of all you can't forget the music. That game had real great music.

Burnout 3 is my favorite racing game. The crashes are just unbelievable. i love how you get to control your car once it crashes. the downside to this game is the AI. The other racers are always going the same way

Ive been considering getting Burnout 3..... exspecially after i played Burnout and Bought Burnout 2....i love the crash moses in burnout 2.... i think if i was going to buy a racing game....it would probably be the title burnout 3

 no PC version .. grrr .. i played the game on a friends PS2 .. and man i loved the crash course and races, its a different game in itself and its completely fun, more over i liked the Soundtrack .. rocking  Hope they come out with a PC version of the game for poor ppl like me .. lol Regards Dhanesh.

Sure The Games Unreal BUT Thats The Best Part All I Know Is That Its A Great Stress Reducer After Being Stuck In traffic After Work Especially When Ya Get Those Great Crashes

The game is very good and ive got all crash gold's on it so far and im on my way to get all race golds. I havnt played no's*1 and 2 before but my dad was on ebay and he saw the game so he bought it for me.. Its wicked game and i've got it on xbox. I hope theres a fourth one that will be even better.

Real Driving
Does driving for real make you better at racing games? (27) Does driving for real make you better at racing games? And if so does it help to drive faster in
real life? What do you think? I think it helps, especially with simulation racers! It helps you
understand certain concepts better! Like two wheel drive vs four wheel drive. And camber on the

(1) Well it seems like racing games are all just so... cliche. You've got your cars, you've got
your bikes, and you've got your space ships/pod racers and your snow mobiles and whatnot, but
that's about it. Are there any games with anything else to race? Perhaps a beast of some sort
where you are also able to attack the opponent racerss? That'd be cool. I doubt this exists, but

Burnout Legends For Psp
Yes as good as it sounds. (3) If you own a PSP then this is a must own. If you have played Burnout 3 and loved the new feel for
the game than be prepared to be shocked. In my opinion. Burnout Legends is a perfect port of the
new and improved burnout system featured in burnout 3. Mind you it is not a port of Burnout 3
itself. Instead you have a "best of" from the first 3 games. You get the developer favorites of
tracks and cars combined with the Burnout 3 system to make one awesome game. You definately do not
lose the sense of speed that is in the console version, but at first you might wreck....
Burnout Revenge
(6) Just wondering really, after the addictive third title in the burnout series, has anyone had the
chance to play the new Burnout Revenge yet? Are there any pro's or cons to it in comparison to
the last Burnout game? Is it worth the purchase or a hire it once and get bored of it? Im looking
at buying the game when i get paid and although i can just read the reviews, i'd like to get a
view of it from someone who isnt writing a magazine. Just your average gamer. So any information on
the game would be great and a possible turning point into buying the game.....
