| | I've recently started to use Adobe Illustrator, after mainly concentrating on Photoshop for my design work. I'm just not getting the hang of it. Could anyone point me in the direction of useful design tutorials? Thanks. |

well, personally, I don't recommend using Illustrator after using Photoshop or even Paint Shop Pro...but a site you might like would be:
http://pixel2life.com . Go to the sidebar on the left and choose Illustrator for a list of tutorials ^_^

I won't be using Illustrator as a replacement for Photoshop - more to compliment it. That website is amazing, though, so thank you!

Adobe Illustrator is often use when you are dealing with vector graphics. Go to the adobe website for some cool tips and tutorials about Photoshop and Illustrator.

Adobe Photoshop CS Problem

On the previous versions of Photoshop if I used the black pointer tool to drag a selection in the
document I was working on it would drag the the selection in the currentley selected layer. Why then
in Photoshop CS does it drag whatever image is under your pointer (regardless of the layer). Does
anyone know how to get around this. In fact does anyone even understand what I'm going on about?...
