What is your total posting credits? I had a problem earilier this week, and I soon found out that my hosting credits had run out.... But, My first guess would be you hosting credits may have run out. -William

Actually the problems are being cleaned by a script and some of the sites have been suspended as they are being worked on, so please be patient as the admins are working on this but that is not saying that it could very well be low credits.

My site got suspended too a few days ago. I sent a e-mail to support@astahost.com. I got an e-mail back that my site would be unsuspended if i got more than 4 credits. So that's whay i'm going to do. Note: My site dind't get suspended, because my credits were below zero. So: maybe you should send them an e-mail too. I'm sure they'll can help you.

Only a limited accounts were affected and I have restored all of them. If any one still has any problems, contact support@astahost.com

Ok, I send it and all is fine now, I have all my archives and all my scrits intalled like before. A I'm very happy with Astahost, because they are so wonderfull, and give an excellent support service and obviously WebHost Service.

You can send an e.mail, try it to send again, or I think you can open a support ticke in the Xisto menu, just is one idea, I don't know if this is possible Maybe an administrator must solve this incident, but try to do this, maybe it will some work. And one important thing, don't be angry with Astahost, they are working so hard to have a nice community an security Webhosting service. Just have a little of pattient with they, and just write to them. Have a nice day Herbert.

Having problems with domains (5) Hello, Well for a quite long time, almost a year I was having different problems with my domains,
here is the problem: my main subdomain I got with astahost works every time the server isn't on
downtime, but with top level domains like .net and uni.cc, for a month now almost everyday for about
6 hours I can't access my sites and I get 404 error, I thought it was my ISP stupid DNS stuff,
because I could get to the sites using Google proxy, but the domains don't really always work
for other people from my country on different ISP, so I though this is something....

This Account Has Been Suspended
(6) I think there has been an error with my account credits. I loged in yesterday and I had credits for

How Long Does It Take

withdrew it for it was taking too long (3 days) in his opinion. This isnt at all directed to that
specific issue , but it brings up the question, how long does it take to approve a request? Trap17
gets it done in 1-4 days, can see that from looking at thier approved, but asta's are way all
over the place so its hard to tell. Im actually beginning to write posts in notepad and saving them,

Is The Server Down Or Is It My Account ?
(8) I keep trying to connect to http://www.mooreo.astahost.com (my web hosting account) and it says it
can't connect. Just curious if it's down? Can anyone else access it. I deleted the
