In fact, I have moved to a paid hosting now and now my domainname is linked to my new hosting (FTP,cPanel and stuff) but I would like to connect to astahost bu ftp to download some files I left there. Is it possible to connect to my astahost FTP account without using my domain name ? Thanks. |

Now I'm thinking about it and I thik it should be possible to connect through astahost IP.. am I right ? So if someone could give me this IP, that would be nice

Well, why not try pinging Astahost? I am not into the using of IP addresses, but I know that you can get one if you run the command prompt and then type in "ping www.astahost.com". Of course, this is if you use Windows.

I got the astahost IP.. but when I tryed to connect through it it didn't work  Is there any other way to connect to my FTP other than by using ftp.mydomain.com ??? Please help!

I can't access it at all. (0) I noticed no one came here to post that something was wrong, even if this forum is working fine. (If

Can't Access My Site.
(2) I cannot access my site. Nor can I access any of it's subdomains, but I can access the cpanel
(through the server IP) and the site through the server ip followed by ~miles. I believe this may be
related to the namesevers in some way, as I have proven that the site hasn't been suspended or
anything. Can someone investigate? My cPanel username is miles and domain is sonic-deck.uni.cc....
Can't Access Cpanel - 'login Attempt Failed'
(6) When I Try to access the CPanel, I am greeted with the 'Login Attempt Failed' error. The
default FTP account is not working either. I haven't had any modifications with my site yet, so
I am not sure if someone has hacked into my account. Is there any problem with the system? I have
not reset the password as I don't want to loose 10 credits over nothing. Please confirm if the

FTP Access: Login Failure Problems
can't login (10) i try to connect to my ftp account but without sucess. I'm using FlashFxp to access and he store
all settings to connect to server. So the problem isn't ftp, user, port, or password . Help me

Cpanel And Ssh Access
did I break something?? (3) Normally I do al my work via ssh and ftp. I found the cpanel intersting especially the ability to
addin scripts easily. I played with this for some time this afternoon. Now, this evening, I
can't access the cpanel. I can access other parts of my site. When I attempt to acess the cpanel
