an online strategy game. You play on a map of the world, when you start you can build your colony

Does anybody know any free fps games that I can just download from the internet? I know of two,
America's Army, and Return to Castle Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory. I played america's army,
and the graphics are good but the game takes a while to load. Wolfenstein has worse graphics, but

I would like to know how may of you use Gaia Online at www.gaiaonline.com. I came across Gaia by
accident when a friend told me about it. I don't really have much interest in such things as I
don't have enough time to do the things I want to do as is. My interest was sparked when I
signed up for an account and noticed that you get gold every time you move to another page or even

Valve is now in the beta version of its Anti-cheat system. Steam powers the half-life and other new
valve games Games. I personally think it can only help the gaming industry and stop piracy. Way to
go Valve and help our economy....

Who here loves some of the old skool games? Frogger was awesome... so simply but so addictively
fun... and the old mario's were great. I ABSOLUTELY adored my old sega master system with games
like alex the kidd and sonic the hedgehog who wouldn't? There there were even further back the
old BBC's with games like granny's garden and Dinosaur Discovery! Aaaaaahh... So nice to
play some of the older simpler games... What are your favourite old skool games?...

Im wondering how you can load a file into a text area and edit it. Lets say i have a php file called
test.php and id like this file to be loaded into a textarea and the user should be able to edit this

The world of games have no limits or boundary's . Its been more than 2 decades and it has

Okay, I've got to be the uber-nerdy one here and ask about Tetris. My question to everyone is
this: what versions of Tetris have you played, and of those, which one remains your favorite??? The
classic version of Tetris is quite addicting, and it's my favorite way to kill time because I
can easily get a high-scoring game. I think Tetrisphere (N64) was a unique twist, with all of the

Does anyone here use the program called "Game Maker"? If you do I'd like to have a discussion
about the Online features of Game Maker. First of all I have a few questions for you regarding your
preference on connecting. 1. Do you like a IP/TCP, Serial Connection, Modem Connection, or DLX? Why
do you think it's the best? 2. Do you use Direct Connet (Mplay), or a Socket System (like
GMSock)? What is you logic for this? 3. How do you dead-reckon for games that involve a moving
object? 4. Do you prefer sending garaunteed messages or not garuanteed but faster message...

Does anyone around here participate in forum-based multiplayer RPG? After trying my hand at various
other types of MMORPG and ORPG, I kind of settled on this genre of RPG. I mean, I do play other

Does driving for real make you better at racing games? And if so does it help to drive faster in
real life? What do you think? I think it helps, especially with simulation racers! It helps you
understand certain concepts better! Like two wheel drive vs four wheel drive. And camber on the

alright, so recently I've been doing some research on a new mech game coming out for the PS2
called S.L.A.I. (steel lancer arena international) hunting after a demo that came out with with an
issue of OPM that came out Febuary. And there haven't been that many good reviews from people on

Conquer Online is free large (large world and also large size - 1 full CD to download from official
site) MMORPG... It has nice graphics that is colorfull and philosphy taken from far east... I was
wondering if someone played it ever? Or steped by (stumbed) and resigned? You consider it good or
