im trying to learn php and i downloaded the wamp server, installed it and such. but when i tried to
put it online it wouldnt do so. ive tried to change the port skype is on/ or uses (still didnt work)
tested port 80, said i didnt actually use port 80. im not sure what else to do if any one can help

Ok I usually would use Linux to program because there is a compiler (gcc), but I need to use Windows
to program for now because of a few unexplained reasons. I need to find a compiler for Windows that
will compile the C language. I have tried Microsoft Visual C++ Express 2008 but I find it to be way
too bulky and hard to use. The command-line compiler is similar to gcc I guess, and it creates
executable files for Windows, but the compiler in the actual program compiles C++ but not C for some

OK, I'm running Windows XP and my iPod is not detected when I plug it in. The only things that
I could guess are wrong are that I recently had a trojan, known as BackDoor-AWI and that my router
flaked out and I have no internet on the computer in question now. I'm not sure what happened,

Hi... I downloaded and installed the newest version of xampp. But when i try to start the
Apache service it does not get started. The MySql and FileZilla services start without any problem.
But the Apache service does not start. It returns with a message saying Apache service not started

I heard it is possible to run more than one computers on the same serial of Windows. I also heard

I tried in both Windows XP Home and Professional. If you try to make a folder named "CON" Windows XP
renames it back to what it was. So creating a new folder with the name "CON" just renames it to "New
Folder". The bug seems like a variable that got treated as a string or vice-versa. Trying to create
the folder from a cmd prompt failed with an error "The directory name is invalid.". This also works

I have a problem with my windows media player. It plays all videos in full screen mode. The media
