He cannot change the hotlink protection settings, simply because the images are the ones from the torn paper at alt-web-design, have a look at the second image :

He cannot change the hotlink protection settings, simply because the images are the ones from the torn paper at alt-web-design, have a look at the second image :You have to disable hotlink protection on your host (or at least allow hotlinking from astahost) because you're images don't work when referrer information is send
.

If you really wrote this tutorial, entirely with your own words, you do not need to use the quote tags.This tutorial is full writen by me.
You need to use the quote tags only for text you copied from somewhere else, like text which would have been copied from another website.
So, if this text is really full writen by yourself, you can remove the quote tags.

This tutorial is full writen by me.
1.Open Photoshop. Open the image you want to create the effect.

2. step
Select the lasso tool (L) and pull the line invalid selection.

3. step
Go to Edit -> Fill -> White color (or Shift + F5).

4. step
Create inverse selection: Select -> Inverse (Shift + Ctrl + I).
Copy the contents of the selected areas in the new layer / layer using Edit -> Copy (or Ctrl + C) and Edit -> Paste (or Ctrl + V). Photoshop will automatically paste the selected content in a new layer

5. step
Create a new selection near the edge.
Copy the content in a new layer / layer: Edit -> Copy (or Ctrl + C) and Edit -> Paste (or Ctrl + V).
6. step
Select the content of a new layer / layer by the Control-click it.
Apply Filter -> Render -> Clouds.
Go to Image -> Adjustments -> Brightness / Contrast. Increase brightness and get the contrast down until you get a satisfactory result.
Apply Filter -> Noise -> Add Noise. Amount: 9%; Distribution: Gaussian, Monochromatic.
Deselect (Ctrl + D).


7. step
You can add shade (Drop Shadow) using these settings:

On the other side, you can add the other part of the photo, just do the same steps.
