You as a member can be deleted from this forum, but as I remember and saw.. all your posts will stay in the database, except it will be posted as anonymous or guest.

And for the hosting account, you can do it your self as mentioned above

I'm sorry, but it's just impossible too delete you posts I think. To delete your hosting+cpanel account goto Astahost Account Termination Page

Actually, it isn't possible to delete all of your posts. I'm not an admin either, but your account may be deleted, but not your posts. This is to maintain continuity in the threads.
