what ever fix they worked on (if they were fixing stuff), it certainly didn't fix the forum link at top getting directed to astahost.com home page

Yes. It was for me yesterday. I don't know what changes were made to the system. I guess it is related to the design and some broken pages modification I guess. If you see there is change in the button "asta host open discussion" which is on the navigation bar. I think that now redirects to the forum page.

Earlier that was changing to the first page which is very old. Now the page is moving the system to the forum page. So it seems there are some edits to the forum.

This is the reason I guess forum was down. But it was weird, no page was opening for astahost and the same case was there for the knowledgesutra. Both forums were showing the apache server welcome page. After say 2-3 hours it was fixed and now forums are running fine as of now.

I don't know for sure that they are speeding up but I can tell you that they're doing good. Mycents are also low and for my 5 posts I got 1 $ which is horribly low for sure. I guess things are still the same with low earning on these forums. You write a lot and get very low cents. Anyway, atleast you guys are here to read and post and forum is back too.

about 16 or so hours ago (3am this Morning NZ time) i tried to access the forum and got directed to the Apache default page
