It's professional looking, but "Mr. Joe Average" professional. Nothing new and interesting, no offence, but it just makes me think "another of those business sites". I don't particularyly like the yellow either. It doesn't brighten it up a bit, but it just doesn't seem to fit. Try using some CSS (http://www.w3schools.com/css/) to make the file sizess smaller, and to help livein the whole site up .

Your sit is good but the yellow color is not good in your site.I think you use a template and navigation color should be change although your site is good i give 4 of 5.ok

It is good but u need to change some colours. The color of the links do look good. also the yellow part at the top isnt good either. and that logo looks bad the rest is fine

Honestly, your site color combination need revision.
safe way is to use same color but different tone for different section.

Things I see as bad:
The flash thing screws your layout up.
The yellow doesn't match your colour scheme which is quite good.
Replace the logo.
