update: ran the boot install creation using yumi boot installer and it worked :)

I'm trying to install Xubuntu 12.04 64bit on my PC dual booting with Windows XP

tried three times and keep getting [Errno 5], also checked the image and its fine, i'm installing it from USB... i currently don't have a CD drive so can't try that option

First i created the bootable USB with Universal USB Installer and that didn't do anything (just stuck on try/installation menu on bootup), so i used Unetbooting which game me the [Errno 5]... now i'm gonna try another tool... (googling)

anyone had success on installing 64bit Ubuntu (Xubuntu) from USB?
