Thanks for your help, but I think that they aren't freeware (as I looked at their websites...) - also they are for windows... does anyone know about something that is free and supports linux?
I dont know if Macromedia has a version of Macromedia Captivate running on Linux. This is a cutting edge tool that I've ever used. It's worth to have a look at it.
Others are also available on Windows (I'm not sure if they supports Linux, google it and find out yourself)
Was a bit confused about where post it... (There/Linux/Graphics-Multimedia Software...) - hope that I choosed right... if not I don't mind moving it around a bit
I'm looking for a way to create a video tutorials (or other words - capture the screen to video...) - I know that this is simplest that I can think - but I want to find a good and checked way. I know that there is a Video Tutorial about creating a video tutorial (for windows) in Blender 3d resorces, but this is not what I need...
I'm interested in free (best if open source) software to capture the screen in Linux - anyone have some experience with it? which apps are good and which not - also if you can point me to some good tutorial this can be enougth as an answer...
