Hello,
Before you start making your website in flash you should learn some basics in flash. Start by making buttons, and learn how flash work, the frames and all. Than find a good tutorial. I found some good ones here on AstaHost.

RE: Flash Site Software
Flash Site Software

Flash Menu Builder: http://www.A4menubuilder.Com/

These software let you build the flash site using their templates, and you simply fill in your content. Good starting point for non-programmers.

flash slideshow maker
Flash Site Software

I recommend this software. It helps you create slideshows from your photos. There are many cute transition effects provided for choice, and you can add background music, text and subtitles to the photo. Actually, you can use this software as freeware, because there isn't any limitation except the last slide made by the author. You can download it from http://www.Flash-slideshow-maker.Com

Hello iam a newbie in flash ,And i want to make a Website Using flash, Can someone show me some easy to understand flash making software,I have macromedia flash mx but i dont understand a word in that..! its very complicated..! As i need an easy to use software..!  :D

Flash can be intimidating at first, but there are many tutorials out there on the internet to help you get started step by step. If you are willing to spend a little time studying them you will learn alot. Other 3rd party applications do not have all the capabilities and versatility that Flash has. Flashkit is a great resource for any flash user from beginer to advanced. Also Flash comes with tutorials in the help files. In another thread I did suggest a program called Swish that I used for a short time long time ago. It was easy, but I quickly became bored with it.

if you plan on using flash for a while and this is not a 1-time flash deal, i'd say go with learning flash and don't get 3rd party softwares such as Swish3D.. The reason is that you're limited to what you can create whereas in Macromedia you have full opportunity at getting into every aspect of flash.. not only that you will also come out with a language/software under your belt.. if you ever plan on designing sites for money, people will see Swish3D on your skills and laugh thinking your new and will never hire you :l

Yeah I agree aswell, I find the program swish to be alot better than Flash programs... although I am a n00b to flash designs and lacks in skill in this area so my opinion really isn't all that valid. lol
