This website lists freeware programs of anything that can be freeware. There is a section called Webtools (or something similar to that), you can find a lot of free web tools.

I'm no admin but I beleive it says in the rules that instead of "double posting you should edit the post you've just done. My gues is it was an accident though as you even repsted the link . It's a great site by the way it has tonnes of tools to use and all free.

forum is good if you have lots of visitor, while guestbook is a good starting point. but i like the web site which is neat and clean, a prof looking one with a killer animation would be a great one

By the way, I'd like to tell you about a host offering everything just like Altahost except you don't need any forum posts. Check out Netrulon.com But the nice thing about this forums of cours, is that you can get a lot of help!!

i have tried 000k.com and it is awsome. And now Astahost looks promising with everything unlimited (except for space and BW).
Other tools on ur site can be photo gallery, invision board, chat.

your website should be about games and forums people can enjoy games more and more poeple can came to your site and forums should help people to solve their problems i think your website shoould be that.

I don't think there's such a guestbook but if you're worried about free guestbook services that have lots of dowwntime and are unrelialbe then you might want to set up your own guestbook. You can install one easily via cpanel

Is there a site that can show you how to manually create a shoutbox or guestbook without having to use other companies or other services??? This guestbook would be kept onto the same site as the rest of the webpage, and then when it reaches a certain number of entries, only the oldest half of entries gets copied onto the text file for the owner to download, then removed off of the guestbook to preserve space? I am really interested in getting information as to doing that so that people will not get saddled with guestbook servers that could be down too often.

The shoutbox idea is great, because most of the people don't sign guestbooks or register in forums, and with a shoutbox or tag board your visitors have and easy and fast way to leave a message
