when i upgraded my account to the 150 mb package, i didnt realize my hosting credits would be reset.
i checked back and i had negative credits and it said my account was suspended. i posted more and now have a positive credit amount, and now the message saying my account is suspended went away. however, i am still not able to log into my subdomain |

How many Positive (+) hosting credits do you have now. It usually takes over 5 credits in order to re-activate your account. And there's a slight time lag, I believe, though I'm not sure - how long. But it's done within a day at the most.

You still have -1 hosting credits. You need to post until your hosting credits are +4 then the account will be reset within 1 hour.
