I was wondering if it is at all possible to upload only part of a file for hosting. I have a video I want to host but the size of the video is too big. Is there any way I can host only a portion of the video file?

Not that I know of. You probably have to edit it and cut out chunks of it first. Then save that smaller part of the video file that you want to upload for hosting. A free video editor you can use is VirtualDub. Just edit out what you don't want and when you are ready, save the file and you should be set.

Yeah WeaponX is right. Your only choice is to break it up yourself into smaller bits and then host them.
