I recently bought a Document Camera because I got it at a cheap price. It is a LUMENS DC80A camera. I don't have any cables, but on the back of the camera there are a VGA IN and VGA OUT connection. I need instructions on wiring it to my PC and what kind of cables, etc. I need.
Thanks in Advance to anybody who can help me here. Below is a picture of the camera I have. ![]() |

That looks sleek - unfortunately I've no idea how to operate one. So it can take snapshots of documents right ? Can you tell us a bit more about it - I mean it's functions ?

Have you tried going to the vendor's website?
http://www.lumens.com.tw/eng/prod-dc80a.asp It took me a couple of seconds to find that via Google, then a couple more through the website. |

Dear Andrew,
This camera is not for doing snapshots of documents, and is not intended to be conected to a computer. This camera is for being connected to a LCD projector, like projectors used to make that ugliest powerpoint business presentations in almost all companies. This is like a videocamera that can be connected to the projector for 3D objects presentation. I expect this information could be useful ! |
