In the head of those pages, there is a line of code that reads:
CODE
<meta http-equiv="Page-Exit" content="blendTrans(Duration=##)">

I believe that that is the way to make pages transition, although it isn't well supported. I think that there might be another META tag based way to do this, search on Google.

CODE
<meta http-equiv="Page-Enter" content="blendTrans(Duration=##)">

Can be used also but keep in mind that if you are going to use these effects on you own site that only people using Internet Explorer will see it, Firefox, Netscape or Mozilla wont because it is an Internet Explorer only effect.

Also keep in mind that this could make the pages load very slowly for many Internet Explorer users. Your visitors may be impressed the first time, but the awe will be replaced with frustration very quickly after waiting for the next page to load, or if it makes their browser crash because they've got a bunch of other programs open.

I would not like the effect like this on my website biggrin.gif and I agree that it is annoying to see it more than twice..
