Wow imagine yourself walking down the street, enjoying the day, suddenly there's a crazy guy yelling at you, you first think that he's like mad at someone, but he's yelling constantly to everyone, wow... if it was me I grab a piece of bread and put it in his mouth to shut him up. I laughed at some parts where he had the voice like Smeagol in lord of the rings...biggrin.gif, at least he is human ad has to drink water to continue yelling haha.
If someone knows what he is saying please say so, cause I couldn't understand any of it, I am pretty sure he is pissed off at something... wonder what..
Enjoy

At one points it sounds like he's saying, "Pizza! Kirgyzistan! Fagoigle!"

Wow, in a way that's really depressing. I mean this guy looks like he has nothing. He's missing what looks to be almost all of his teeth and the bottle that he was drinking from looked to be empty to me. I think he was yelling at the people walking past, I'm not sure for what reason.

I'm not sure of what he was saying either. I'm not sure it was in English. Do you know the source of this video? Maybe it was in another country.

I assumed it was Russian, but all those Eastern European languages sound the same to me.

That was pretty funny. It looks like he has something stuck to his face.

Well, he's Russian, it could even be a she. He's homeless and has nothing. My guess is that he has Tourrette's Syndrome, which would explain the violent shouting he does. I don't think it is funny at all, no one bothered to look - or help. This man has nothing.

The something "stuck to his face" is saliva - from the heavy shouting he does.

Actually I didnt think it was funny either, but probably the reason nobody stopped is they probably see that person all the time. He probably has some sort of mental illness, I've seen things like that around where I live. It may seem funny at first but it is sad to think that people live their lives thinking that people are out to get them, which is usually why they yell.

Well, I didn't bother watching it as my comp here is a server rig (@ work) so no sound card... but I usually don't find that type of stuff funny anyways... I mean theres the uncontrollable quick laugh you get when you see something that's just really out of the ordinary... but once you calm down and think about what you are doing you shouldn't still find it funny. I mean, you are laughing at someone who'se lost everything to something out of his control. Frankly you should be ashamed of yourself for mocking someone who acts differently because of a mental disease...

Maybe I take a harsher view of this type of humour because I've heard a bunch of alzheimers jokes and my grandmother has it so I've seen the real side of it and know its not funny. Maybe I've just gotten to a stage in my life where I prefer humour to not involve laughing at someone else's misfourtune... who knows...

Oh and I agree that the reason no one stops at this type of sight is probably from seeing it so often. I know in parts of my city there are some homeless people with obvious mental problems that stick around certain spots, so if you have to frequent that spot on the way to work or whatever you'll see them almost everyday. Eventually it becomes just part of the walk/drive into work...

I may be mean, but people like that aren't deserved to live in the street. They should be locked in a sheter/psychiatric ward until they get better. They will just attract the wrong attention and harm themselves in doing so.

I may be mean, but I'm going to use a blowhorn in front of his/her face just to waker him/her up. LoL

I'm sorry, but I find this clip hilarious. While I appreciate your very noble sentiment I just don't know how practical it is. I'm not saying that we should ignore the more serious element here, but equally I don't think we should stifle the more light hearted side.

When you live in a city it is something that you see every day, and I suppose you do get used to it. keep in mind that these are people that harass and scare you. I think laughing (though not at the time...could possibly get yourself hurt that way) is a healthy reaction.
For instance, one time when i was a teenager, some drugged out crazy lady just walked up to me at the metro platform and just started screaming in my face, I was in Paris at the time and as i only have a limited grasp of french I have absolutely no idea what she was on about. I have to say that I was terrified. I certainly didn't laugh at the time, but looking back I can see a lighter side to it.

I don't think there is anything wrong with laughing at people's oddities, provided you can do the same with your own.
