Please help me.. I can't upload using FTP, I dunno why... I am using cuteFTP as my FTP client..

here's my FTP account info:

anonymous@rchill.astahost.com
ftp@rchill.astahost.com
rchill_logs@rchill.astahost.com

can someone tell me which one to use, and which password should I use... cuz I just can't connect..

just try again. sometime, server down, your isp had problems, or maybe your account has'nt fully ready yet.

yes, going there should work. Although it could be just server problem, should be rectified soon if this host is as good as I've heard.

Looks more like a PASV or PORT problem to me. Try playing with the PASV setting in your ftp client.

Yes, if you can login but not transfer, and you are behind a Firewall/Router, you will most likely need to use passive mode (PASV).

Yes If You Are Behind a Firewall You Need to use Passive.
You Might Also Want to Check If Your Port Is correct... I Know In SmartFTP You hae to Manually Set What Port To Connect to.

The normal FTP TCP port is 21.
And 21 is also the case here.
